经验：九夜节普迦行程安排（2009样本）---Navaratri Schedule

2009Navaratri九夜節

每年的Navaratri 的九天晚上，霎哈嘉瑜伽修习者，在這九天中每一個晚上都要做不同的崇拜並唸頌不同的口訣，透過這些崇拜過程，我們去除障礙與負面，靈性得到昇進。在去年2008年一些家人在網上與國際集體一起做過Navaratri 的這些崇拜，都得到很多的祝福，也從中學習到以前沒有的知識。現在把這些知識分享給大家，也希望有知道更多的家人，或有不同的見解的也請指教，提供更多的知識給家人們一起學習。

今年Navanatri 是9/19至 9/27，我們可以集體方式或是單獨方式做簡單的火祭或普祭。針對這九天中心安排每日的不同的活動，有簡易的普祭也有火祭，這些活動中有些是在晚上舉行，可能會有不方便，大家可以酌情自由參加。

Here are the 9 nights of Navaratri and what aspect should be worshipped on each night.（以下是Navaratri九夜節，與每晚應被崇拜的面向。）

第一夜9/19週六，(Pratipada)

活動：15:00  舉行Shri Ganesha Puja

On this first day (Pratipada) of Navaratri, Shri Ganesha is worshipped and it is observed as the day of silence.（崇拜Shri Ganesha，慶祝寂靜之日。）

第二夜9/20 週日，(Dwittiya)

活動：1) 16:30  舉行Havan火祭（第二組辦理）請第二組人員提早到，協助佈置會場

2) 19:30  Shri Mahakali Puja

（唸頌Devi Sooktam, Aparajita Hymn 聖母頌，口訣本第125頁)

On the second day (Dwittiya), Devi Sooktam is recited and Goddess Mahakali is worshipped. （唸誦Devi Sooktam，崇拜Mahakali女神）

第三夜9/21週一，(Tritiya)

活動：19:30  舉行Devi Puja，

（唸頌The Kavach of the Devi 女神護身頌，口訣本257頁）

On the third day (Tritiya), we protect ourselves with the powers of Mother by reading the “Kavach of the Devi”.（藉由唸誦女神頌來運用母親的力量保護我們自己。）

第四夜9/22週二，(Chaturthi)

活動：19:30  舉行Shri Maha Saraswati Puja   

（唸頌The Kavach of the Devi 女神護身頌，口訣本257頁）

On the fourth day, Shri Maha Saraswati is worshipped to give us the divine knowledge Kavach of the Devi, (which was read partly on the third day, got completed today). (崇拜Shri Maha Saraswati，讓我們獲得女神頌神聖的知識。部分在第三天唸誦，而在今天完成。)

第五夜9/23 週三， (Panchami)

活動：19:30  舉行室內火祭Home Havan

（唸頌ARGALA STOTRUM，即THE HYMNS OF ARGALA）

On the fifth day (Panchami), the love of Shri Jagadamba is expressed by reciting the hymns of Argala. On this day we can pray for the complete balance and sustenance of our Self-realisation.（藉由唸誦Argala的詩句來表現Shri Jagadamba的愛，今天我們可以祈求全然的平衡與自覺的維持。）

第六夜9/24 週四，(Shashti)

活動：19:30  舉行Shri Shakti Puja

（唸頌ARGALA STOTRUM，即THE HYMNS OF ARGALA）

On the sixth day (Shashti), we worship the Shakti.（崇拜力量）

第七夜9/25週五，(Saptami)

活動：19:30  舉行Devi Puja

（唸頌“Devi Atharva Sheersha” ，新版口訣第175頁）

On the seventh day (Saptami), the “Devi Atharva Sheersha” is read and the verses are taken from “Durga Saptashati” where the Devi speaks.（唸誦Devi Atharva Sheersha，此詩篇節錄自女神的談話《Durga Saptashati》）

第八夜9/26週六，(Ashtami)

活動：15:00  舉行Shri Mahalakshmi Puja

（唸頌MAHALAXMI HYMNS女神頌第十一章，即Hymn to Shri Narayani，新版口訣第77頁）

Shri Mahalakshmi is worshipped on the eighth day (Ashtami) of Navaratri by singing the bhajan “Jogawa”. Kolhapur, a town in Maharashtra, is the peetha (place) of “Ashta Lakshmis” (eight forms of Lakshmi). (崇拜Shri Mahalakshmi，唱頌Jogawa。而馬哈拉斯特拉邦的的一個小鎮Kolhapur，是Ashta Lakshmis —Lakshmi的第八種形象—之地。)

第九夜9/27週日，(Navami)

活動：15:30  舉行集體Navanatri Puja （第二組辦理）請第二組人員提早到，協助佈置會場。.

On the ninth day (Navami), the asura (demon) was killed. PUJA

（惡魔阿修羅被殺死，崇拜當天。）

第十夜9/28週一（Vijaya Dashami）

On the tenth day, “Vijaya Dashami” is the Day of Victory. We also celebrate Dassera festival, when Shri Rama destroyed the demon Ravana.（「Vijaya Dashami」是勝利之日，我們也會舉行崇拜Dassera慶典，這是當Shri Rama殺死惡魔羅伐那時所舉行的慶典。）
